Pricing at Adaptive Improvements LLC is transparent and competitive, ensuring that you get the best value for your investment.   For projects that will take less than a day, I charge $55 per hour with a $100 minimum.  For bigger projects I can provide an estimate/bid.  I do a "cost plus not to exceed" estimate so that the customer has the piece of mind knowing the maximum amount that a job will cost, but still only have to pay for the hours worked.  If I exceed the estimated hours, all the customer is expected to pay is the original amount agreed upon.
